The Steele Center for Earth Literacy and Sustainability This is a non-profit, educational organization focusing on earth science literacy, home crafts, organic gardening, and sustainable living skills.

The Steele Center is a nonprofit educational organization focused on teaching earth science, environmental studies, and sustainable living skills to all age groups. The Center will offer a variety of classes, educational activities, and events to the public in order to promote earth literacy. It is our intention to support the science curriculum goals of local school systems by providing field tri

p opportunities and classroom enrichment activities. We will also offer classes in permaculture, sustainable agriculture, organic gardening, herbalism, food preservation, traditional home crafts, etc. The Steele Center will be an advocate for environmental protection, conservation, preservation, and community building.
