That’s the question behind Ignite.

Ignite is for women who are ready to stop putting their goals on the back burner and start making consistent progress toward what matters most. Whether your focus is personal growth, a career goal, a health goal, a business idea, or simply creating a life that feels more intentional, Ignite provides the structure, accountability, and community to help you move forward.

As a founding member, you’ll help shape the future of this community while receiving the support and encouragement to turn intentions into action.

Our first month begins in July.

Enrollment for Accelerator closes TOMORROW!

What if someone else believed in your dream before you fully believed in it yourself?

At Coffee Connections last week, we invited women to imagine three futures:
✨ The path they’re already on
✨ The path life might force them to take
✨ The path they’d choose if money and others’ opinions didn’t matter

Those dreams they declared didn’t stay on a piece of paper; they were exchanged with other women.

For a few moments, each woman held a glimpse of someone else’s future...a dream...a possibility...a version of who she is becoming.

And without knowing whose paper they held, they silently wished them courage, permission, and expansion.

It was a beautiful reminder that community isn’t just about exchanging business cards or making connections.

It’s about believing in people, holding space for possibilities, and supporting someone before they have all the answers.

That’s what we hope women experience in Success Circle. Not just networking, but genuine encouragement from people who want to see you thrive.

So we’re curious...

This is a big moment...

Success Circle is moving to The Portal on July 1st.

We’ve outgrown our home at The Arc Oneida-Lewis, and we don’t take that growth lightly. It’s where this community took root, and we’re deeply grateful for the people and support that helped us get here.

But we’re not building something small.

The Portal isn’t just a new location. It’s a hub for connection, learning, growth, collaboration, creativity, and entrepreneurial energy. It is an environment that reflects the pace, vision, and momentum of this community.

This move is intentional. It’s about stepping into a setting that matches what we’re building and the women who choose to be part of it.

If you’ve been part of Success Circle, you’ve helped make this possible, and we are incredibly grateful. We hope you’ll continue the journey with us as we step into this next chapter together.
