At our 6-month Accelerator celebration, one member reflected:

Today we spotlight our first organization: Mohawk Valley Business Women's Network....because that is where the Success Circle seed was planted. 🌱

It was a Mohawk Valley Business Women's Network event where the two of us first met, connected, and began building a friendship rooted in a shared belief: women thrive when they have spaces to learn, grow, support one another, and be themselves.

For years, Mohawk Valley Business Women's Network has created opportunities for women across our region to come together, build relationships, share experiences, and champion one another's success.

Their commitment to community has impacted countless women, including us.
In a world that often encourages competition, organizations like Mohawk Valley Business Women's Network remind us of the power of connection, collaboration, and lifting one another up.

We're grateful for the role they've played in our journey and for the community they continue to create for women throughout the Mohawk Valley.

One of the questions we ask our Accelerator members at the end of six months is:

“What’s a key takeaway you’ll continue to implement?”

One member shared this:

“I don’t have to have it all figured out in order to move forward. I just take bite-size chunks and tasks and gain momentum and knowledge that way.”

It’s a reminder we all need.

Progress doesn’t require having every answer.

It starts with taking the next step, learning, and building momentum along the way.

Behind the scenes with co-founder, Tricia:

Fifteen years ago, my husband and I started dreaming about owning a lake house.

Like many dreams, it became something we talked about for years. We assumed it would happen SOMEDAY, maybe when we retired, maybe when everything felt right.

About six months ago, we decided to stop waiting and take ACTION by simply starting with ONE SMALL STEP.

We didn’t start looking at houses. We didn’t make an offer. We simply found a Realtor (🙌🏽 Christy Harlander)

That conversation led us to call a lender, just to see what might be possible. One conversation led to another, and before we knew it, the dream we thought was years away had become a reality.

The entire process took only six months when we expected we’d be enjoying a lakehouse two or three years from now.

Here we are CELEBRATING our dream coming true ✨💫

That experience reminded me why our Intentional Living Mindset is at the heart of everything we do at Success Circle.

Living intentionally isn’t about having the entire plan figured out. It’s about taking the next step instead of waiting for the perfect time to take the first one.

Sometimes we delay our dreams because they feel too big. But dreams rarely become reality through one giant leap. They grow because we’re willing to take ONE SMALL STEP, then another.
