We're looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday!

Weren't able to make the last City Council meeting to hear the City administration's perspective on the Flock Safety gunshot detection technology that's been going up in the neighborhood? Is it surveillance, security, or both? We need to hear from you!

Had a chance to see the most recent paving list provided by The City? Have any questions, comments, or concerns?

Have programs, organizations, or businesses in the community that you want everyone to know about?

Or if you want to be present and hear some good conversation...come join in!

The only way we move is together.

Join us at our monthly meeting on Tuesday @ 6, at The Cornhill Empowerment Center.

We'll hear from our Council Reps about what's happening around City Hall.

Continue one of the most important conversations that impacts our neighborhood in particular, lead poisoning, with the Environmental and Climate Justice Committee of the Oneida County Branch of the NAACP.

And provide some space for any updates on upcoming community events, or any announcements you'd like to share.

See you there!

LOCATION CHANGE FOR TONIGHT'S MEETING:

Hi Great Folks,

The cold is doing its thing and putting the squeeze on water pipes near the Empowerment Center, so we're switching locations for tonight's meeting.

We'll also offer a Zoom option, so please feel free to reach out if you can't make it!

Meet us at the Community Foundation for our regular monthly meeting! Thanks to the CF team for making the space available.

First and foremost, we pray for the safety and well being of everyone involved! Cornhill, we have more work to do to support our own.

Thank you to the Utica Fire Department , City of Utica, NY Police Department, and the workers of National Grid for doing what they do in these conditions.

If you know Angel, you know how much he gives. You know how hard he works in our community. And you know his motivations for doing everything he does.

This is an opportunity to be there for someone, and a family that shows up for us every time.
