Compassion Coalition, Inc. is a community-based, not-for-profit organization. Our 36,000 square foot warehouse is located at 509 Lafayette St., Utica, NY. The building was donated to the organization by a local businessman. began its full-time operation in March 2000.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. and Mrs. Rivera, their daughter Kim, and Hamilton students JJ, Elaina, and Greg for the generous gift of their time and service over the weekend

Their willingness to spend part of their weekend serving others was a beautiful reflection of faith put into action. Through their time, energy, and caring presence, they embodied what it means to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community.

We are deeply grateful for our partnership with Hamilton College, and especially with the Community Outreach & Opportunity Program and the Office for Spiritual & Religious Life.

Compassion Coalition was honored to host a recent visit from Lilian Padula, Deputy Director of Nonprofit Affairs for New York State along with Susan Zimet, NYS Food and Anti-Hunger Policy Coordinator. Additionally, we welcomed Tai NGO Shaw and Joe Wilson from Blessing Box for a special visit celebrating shared commitment to serving those in need.

We are truly grateful for their visit and their genuine interest in our mission. Their support and recognition of our efforts mean a great deal to our team and the community we serve.

We were so touched to receive this heartfelt email from our partners at Albany Medical Comprehensive Stroke Center:

“I wanted to thank you very much for the Bluetooth blood pressure cuffs that you have donated to us. I received the cuffs and they will be extremely helpful in assisting our stroke patient population. The cuffs will be given to patients who experience a stroke and are unable to afford a blood pressure cuff to monitor their hypertension. Hypertension is a huge risk factor for experiencing subsequent strokes and these cuffs will go a long way in helping to reduce the chances of them experiencing further complications. Thank you again so much for your generosity.”
