-A friendly reminder on how to report an issue in the City of Utica-
We welcome your requests.
The attached photo below is the direct lines for the many reasons you may need to reach out to the City of Utica and the many other authorities and entities that provide services. While we have no shortage of requests for assistance, maintenance, and issues one of the very things we love to do is ensure we can both respond and react to the many reports that come in throughout the day. The Mayor, his direct staff, and city departments are ready to respond – and if you have a relationship with your councilperson, their representation is paramount, and a very good way to reach out for requests big and small as well.
