💀 Get off the roads and hit the trails at the UR Skeleton Run!

Join us Sunday, October 18 at Deerfield Town Park for a fall morning of trail running, costumes, and a little spooky-season fun. The beautiful wilderness trails may be muddy, so come ready to get dirty and enjoy the adventure!

Choose your distance:

* 5K Trail Race
* 1.5-Mile Community Run
* Free Kids Quarter-Mile Run

Costumes are encouraged—just make sure they’re safe to run in! Optional non-perishable food donations will also be collected for the Deerfield food pantry.

Our next Travel Team adventure takes us to the beautiful Adirondacks for Old Forge Marathon Weekend, September 10–13!

This event truly has something for everyone—from the 5K and 10K to the half marathon, full marathon, 50K ultra, and multi-race challenges. The gravel and dirt trails offer an incredible opportunity to escape the roads, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the beauty of nature.

Wineglass Half Marathon training update! 🍷🏃

Tomorrow’s run has moved from our usual Thursday evening time to 5:30 AM.

📍 Meet at the 840 Trailhead of the Rayhill Memorial Trail — the same location as our usual Tuesday morning run.

We’ll be running 4 miles. Come out, join the group, and get your miles in with us!

Join us tonight for TNT — Tuesday Night Track — every Tuesday at 6:00 PM.

Get ready for a structured workout designed to help improve overall fitness, build speed, and work toward better race times.

All paces are welcome! You do not need to be “fast” to benefit from track work. Just show up, bring some water, and get ready for a great workout with the club.

What a perfect Saturday for a group run! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️☀️

We kicked things off at the Oneida County Public Market with some seriously beautiful running weather—clear skies, comfortable temps, and the kind of morning that makes you want to keep the miles going!

After the run, many of us stuck around to do a little post-run shopping. We hope you had a chance to stop by our tent, say hello, and learn a little more about what the Utica Roadrunners are all about!

Missed us this week? No worries! Come join us for one of our other group runs. Whether you're a longtime runner or just looking to meet some great people and get some miles in, we'd love to have you out there. ❤️

And if you haven't checked out the Oneida County Public Market, make it a Saturday tradition! Every Saturday at Union Station in downtown Utica, you’ll find tons of great local vendors and plenty of reasons to shop local. We know we left with bags full of amazing produce, beautiful flowers, and some delicious baked goods! 🥖🌸🍎

Yesterday was another great day out on the roads at the 10K Foot Race & 5K Woodsmen’s Walk in Boonville! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It’s always a good—but challenging—course, and a great way to kick off the weekend! 💪

A big THANK YOU to everyone who came out and represented the Utica Roadrunners. Sometimes it’s about more than just the race. It’s about getting out there, running with friends and family, and enjoying the day together. ❤️

And of course, we can’t forget the hot dogs and cake at the finish! 🌭🍰 Always a favorite!
