Our goal is to help provide comfort, help and dignity to victims and families of progressive diseases such as: Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, COPD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Motor Neuron Disease, Age-Related Macular Degeneration, Cancer, Huntington's Disease, HIV, and Cystic Fibrosis. These are but a few of the progressive diseases for which there is no known cure. There

fore, PDFS and its many supporters will provide financial assistance to aid with patient's financial needs such as: cost of treatment, prescription costs and co-pays, transportation, insurance premiums, and medical equipment and supplies. We also provide services to help patients find and enroll in local, state, and federal assistance programs that some never know they are eligible for.
