The City of Utica Senior Home Rehabilitation Program is accepting applications! Eligible senior homeowners in select Utica neighborhoods may qualify for free grant funding to assist with essential home improvements including:
🔹Roofs, siding, windows, doors, and porches
🔹 Gutters, foundations, and other exterior repairs
🔹 Interior deficiencies and lead paint hazards that threaten health or safety
Eligibility Requirements:
✅ Applicant must be 62 years of age or older
✅ Property must be a 1–4-unit owner-occupied home located in a designated Utica census tract
✅ Income must be at or below 80% of the area median
