Own a vacant rental unit in Oneida County? You may be eligible for up to $75,000 per unit to help cover repairs and bring units back to rentable condition.

Whether your property needs updates or major rehabilitation, this program helps reduce vacancy time and expand access to safe, quality housing in our community.

Basic eligibility includes:
