Meet RICHARD BROWN...He is the President of our organization as well as the man with the vision to create it. Richard has a Masters of Science in Human Services and years of experience in chemical dependency counseling. He is the author of three novels, and is currently working on his autobiography ! We will get to know much more about our President as time goes on. But for now, watch out.....He's ready to take our youth on an awesome ride!
