3 High School team members qualify for regionals. Senior Hunter Thomson, Junior Brysen Ealy, Freshmen Merrick Kustarz. What do these guys have in common? Top 4 placers next weekend at regionals move on to the state finals tournament.

Limiting each session to 25 wrestlers. This program will cover training sessions all the way up to USA states.

Freestyle will help you become better at your takedowns and takedown defense as 80%+ of the match is spent on your feet.

It also helps improve your turn defense on the bottom.

Greco gives you options to score outside of leg attacks.

Lastly, it’s fun!
