Mountain Biking Game Plan 🚲: Dave will be leading and going at a comfortable pace for everyone to keep up. He also will have someone experienced as a rider sweep who is trained in first aid, CPR, and concussions at the rear of the group. Before the ride starts they will provide a pre-ride safety briefing and express the hazards that could be on the trail.
Below is a link showing the trail being completed by an older couple for a general idea of the trail. Dave does not know why it's considered a Black Diamond trail because there isn't a mandatory gap to jump and it is not as steep as certain Blue trails he has seen before.
