We love watching Hewick Estate turn into an open-air art gallery. Between all the music, mimosas, and the stunning artwork, you can really “stop to smell the roses”.

Thank you to everyone who joined us Tuesday night at Something Different for our CDBG Planning Grant community meeting!

We shared an exciting opportunity— a $75,000 planning grant that could open the door to up to $2 million in revitalization funding for Downtown Urbanna — and asked the community to weigh in on priorities.

The results are heading to our planning committee to mull over.

A huge thank you to Sarah at Something Different for the space and the spread, to Sara Ward for being an incredible host, and to The Chesapeake Inn for letting us borrow the projector! 🙌
