As our regular season wrapped up, we wanted to congratulate all players for a successful fun season.

Big shout out to our champions and runner ups from the older leagues, the smiles on their faces Friday night is always fun to capture!

AA: 1st - Owls 2nd - Sliders
AAA: 1st - Giants 2nd - Electric Flamingos
Majors: 1st - Braves 2nd - Cubs

Our all-star season is under way with games beginning the week of 6/22. Stay tuned for schedule post and volunteer help that will be needed. We have one team for each of: 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s, 12s and 13s.

📢 Concession Stand Help Needed Tomorrow Night! 🍔🌭⚾

We are looking for 2 volunteers to work the concession stand window tomorrow evening at Urbandale Little League.

No cooking required—just helping at the window with orders, drinks, snacks, and friendly customer service. It's a great way to support our players and families!

Our Urbandale High School baseball team is selling yard signs as a fundraiser and is offering it to our little league players to order one for $20.

We had a great first day of field cleanup and a huge thank you to our players and families for pitching in. The shade our park has is lovely in the summer, but the leaf cleanup is definitely challenging this time of year. Also happy to see the kids get a little wiffle ball in after they cleaned field #3 off.

See you all Saturday, 28th 9am-2pm for our next cleanup day! There is still tons of field prep work to do so the kids have a great season!

Our 2026 season is quickly approaching and our registration is closing soon for AA-Juniors, but 7/8s and younger is open until early April. Please visit our website to get registered: https://tshq.bluesombrero.com/urbandalell

Field cleanup dates are 3/21 and 3/28 9am-2pm, see events! This takes 20+ volunteers each day to get fields ready for play. You'd be amazed at how long it takes to get everything picked up, please come out and pitch in.

Key dates:
April 13 games start for AA-Juniors
April 27th games start for tee ball, 6s and 7/8s

Our skills evaluation was a big hit and went so smoothly, thank you to D-BAT Des Moines for hosting and to the players/families for attending! Huge shout out to our board members for volunteering and making the night run smoothly, it really does take a village!
