The program promotes early second language acquisition by children who want to learn Spanish and do not come from Spanish-speaking families, as well as language maintenance for children of Spanish-speaking families. Children will have the opportunity to learn the language and gain knowledge of the rich cultural traditions of the Spanish-speaking world. The director of the Academy is Professor Silv
