The Alpha Alpha chapter of ΑΦΩ is a part of Region F, Section F3 and was founded on March 31, 1932. Our chapter alone has over 400 brothers, and we continue to grow each year. Most of our leadership, fellowship, and service events take part on the UIUC campus or in/near the Champaign-Urbana area. The brothers of our chapter strive every day to live out Alpha Phi Omega's motto: "Be a Leader, Be a F
riend, Be of Service." And the toast song, which our brothers personally always have a fun time singing, echoes what we value in Alpha Alpha: "Here's to Alpha Phi Omega, loyal brothers we, true to self and to each other, firm in loyalty." We are true and loyal to our chapter, to each other, and to those that we serve. Our members have the opportunity to serve as a chapter officer or to plan and execute any number of volunteer projects and social programs, as well as have the chance to participate in a variety of leadership development programs sponsored by the National Fraternity. Alpha Phi Omega's Vision is to be recognized as the premier service-based leadership development organization. We believe that fellowship strengthens our organization, and service provides the opportunity for growth, but ultimately, we exist to build leadership.
