We have a few Greyhound items donated to our fundraiser Barn Sale, so I thought I'd present them here and see if anyone might be interested in purchasing them, and help us out at the same time!! Anyone interested in this cute pocketbook? It was donated as part of our Barn Sale....it's adorable. It's a Radley London with a doggie print. It looks new, has multiple compartments and has handles and a shoulder strap. $50 or bo (all for rescue!!)

We have several cat/small dog carriers available. Most are new and a few gently used. We are asking $10 per carrier and proceeds go to our Benefit Barn Sale coming up! Pickup in Uxbridge.

We're getting closer to fundraiser Barn Sale time......we could use more donations please!! If you'd look around your house and see if you have nice items you could (should) part with, we'd be grateful to have them. You get to de-clutter while helping needy dogs. How great is that! Summer is here and many are taking vacations and leaving our loved ones with pet sitters, friends or family members. Dogs in unfamiliar places or situations should be considered Flight Risks.

Have you checked to see what your sitter is doing to ensure your dog will be safe?

- Are they following your wishes to not take your dog off leash while walking?
- Do you have your dog on a martingale collar?
- Is any fencing secure?
- Have you asked them to leash or crate your dog before opening doors?
-Is your dog's microchip registered?
- Does your dog have ID tags with your current contact information?
- In the sad event your dog goes missing, do you and your pet sitter have a recovery plan in place?

Please consider safety when selecting someone to care for your precious family. No one can ever be too cautious when it comes to pet safety!
