Asongafac Asaha is showing what it really means to keep going.

As part of the KEYS (Knowledge Equals Youth Success) program, he’s been working toward his CompTIA A+ certification through training with Work Dev Solutions.

Along the way, he faced challenges—taking the Core 1 exam twice without passing. But instead of giving up, Asongafac stayed focused, kept studying, and continued to believe in his goal.
That determination paid off when he passed the Core 2 exam—an important step forward in his journey.

Now, he’s preparing to take Core 1 again, stronger and more ready than ever.

His story is a reminder that setbacks don’t define you—how you respond does. And Asongafac is proving that with persistence and support, success is always within reach.

When it mattered most — 20 Knowledge Equals Youth Success (KEYS) participants showed up.

As KEYS 2 Elevation entered its first in-person session after two virtual weeks, the weather made attendance uncertain. But these young adults chose growth over comfort and purpose over excuses.

They navigated hazardous conditions, arrived on time, and came ready to learn—engaged in conversations on professionalism, workplace ethics, and career readiness.

What they showed:
• Accountability
• Commitment
• Resilience
• Workforce readiness
• A mindset built for success

This wasn’t just attendance—this was investment in their future.

Their determination is exactly what employers are looking for, and proof that elevation starts with showing up.
