We believe we can provide education, resources and support to those desiring to enter the world of entrepreneurship through focused training and mentoring. We believe we can introduce, inspire and educate more girls in the areas of w

eb development and software engineering.

Our Goals:

Inspire and teach 320 girls how to code through our Cupcakes and Code one-day workshops by 2020

Provide 10,000 hours of training and education in technology, office administration and hospitality by 2022

Help 20 individuals launch businesses through our entrepreneurship program by 2020

Diversify the community by investing in the next generation of necessary leaders through our GLOW Emerging Leaders Mentoring program for young women.
