It's the time of year when we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In 2025, we need now, more than ever, to not only commemorate the works of Dr. King, but to continue organizing and advocating for equity, access, and opportunity.

On Saturday, January 18, 2025, 8 am, the Ebony Scholarship Society, Inc., Founded by Dr. Reatha P. Polk, sponsors its 29th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Breakfast.

The Ebony Scholarship Society, Inc. sponsors its 25th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Breakfast on Monday, January 21, 2019, 8:30 AM. The keynote speaker is The Revered Dr. C. Anthony Hunt, Senior Pastor, Epworth Chapel United Methodist Church. The Breakfast will also feature musical guests, The Oxon Hill High School Advanced Ensemble.

Dr. Barry C. Black, 62nd Chaplain of the United States Senate gave an inspiring keynote speech! The Oxon Hill High School Advanced Ensemble, led by Rev. Dr. Emory Andrews, gave an outstanding performance through song!
