The PGC Workforce Development Board (WDB) is seeking an innovative and collaborative organization to serve as the One-Stop Operator for the Prince George’s County American Job Centers in alignment with WIOA Section 121, 20 CFR 678.600-635, and Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) 15-16.

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the WDB seeks a strategic partner to strengthen the local workforce development system by improving partner coordination, streamlining service delivery, and enhancing the customer experience for job seekers and businesses throughout Prince George’s County.

The selected provider will support operational excellence across the American Job Centers by facilitating partner collaboration, overseeing compliance with Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Resource Sharing Agreements (RSAs), supporting frontline staff development, and assisting with outreach and community engagement efforts. The One-Stop Operator will also help ensure that American Job Centers remain accessible, customer-focused, and responsive to community needs.
