Calling all SMA Family and Community Volunteers! 🙌

As we are planning and prepping for our 43rd Christmas Craft Fair event, now is a great time to start thinking about how you’d like to plan your volunteer hours for next school year. We’ll have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, and most roles do not require Virtus certification—so there’s something for everyone!

Just a few of the volunteer needs will include:
✨ Event setup
🌲 Decorating and prep
🤝 Vendor and guest check-in
🎟️ Collecting donations for raffles
🧹 Event breakdown and cleanup
…and more!

Whether you have a couple of hours or can work multiple days, we truly appreciate any time you can give. It takes a village to make this event a success, and we’d love to have you be part of it!

Great news, SMA Christmas Craft Fair Valued Vendors! ✨

⌛️Our first round of acceptance emails will be sent out by the end of this week—keep an eye on your inbox so you don’t miss it!

📍Once you receive your acceptance, please submit your deposit and sign your agreement promptly to secure your spot. Your space will be held for 10 business days from the time of your acceptance notification. We’re excited to have you join us on December 5!
