This National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) we're recognizing the positive impact individuals with disabilities make in today's workforce.

Meet Melwood Enterprises employee, Marc Lusby who, upon completion of a four-year apprenticeship with the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE), will become the first stationary engineer with a disability in Melwood’s history.
