🌿 3rd Helpers Helping Helpers Retreat — A Powerful Gathering of Restoration & Renewal 🌿
We recently completed our 3rd Helpers Helping Helpers Retreat, and our hearts are full. This gathering was a reminder of how vital it is to care for those who spend their lives caring for others—our healers, caregivers, advocates, and community leaders.
This retreat focused on deepening and expanding the tools needed to prevent burnout and restore balance. Participants engaged in grounding movement, guided meditation, creative expression through art, and meaningful spiritual connection—all designed to support resilience, reflection, and inner strength.
We are deeply honored to have spent this time with such compassionate and committed relatives. Creating space for rest, learning, and community continues to be at the core of this work.
