Llanerch Hills Baseball would like to send a huge THANK YOU to Tom “Pop” Slavinski!

Tom stepped up this year and took over operations of our snack bar, dedicating countless hours to making sure everything ran smoothly. On top of that, he tackled several much-needed repairs around the facility that have made a big difference for our league.

Volunteers like Pop are the backbone of our organization, and we are truly grateful for everything he has done to help make this season a success.

If you see Pop working in or around the snack bar, be sure to stop by, say hello, and show him some love. We couldn’t do it without people like him!

Join us on June 9th at 6:00 PM on the Majors Field as we celebrate our seniors and their final season at Llanerch Hills Baseball.

Come out and support these players who have spent years representing LH and making memories on our fields. Let’s give them the recognition they deserve for their dedication, hard work, and love for the game.

With the potential weather in the area, we are going to cancel our 9U/10U tournament tryout for tonight at 6:00 PM.

🚨 Attention LH Families 🚨

9U / 10U Tournament Tryouts are coming up!

📍 Major’s Field
🕕 6:00 PM
📅 Monday 5/18 & Wednesday 5/20

⏰ Tryouts will run approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes each night. Please make every effort to attend all tryouts.

⚾ Cal Ripken age cutoff is May 1st for both 9U and 10U divisions.

Tournament games will primarily be played on weekends, including Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout the summer.

We are excited to continue extending baseball into the summer and giving our players more opportunities to compete, develop, and represent LH baseball. Let’s get after it! 💪⚾

🚨 Announcement 🚨

There was an attempted break-in at the Llanerch Hills snack bar located at Dermond Field. Incident occurred between 1:45am- 1:52am.

Two individuals were captured on one of our security cameras; however, their faces were covered. Thankfully, they were unable to gain access to the building, but significant damage was done to the door and frame.

Upper Darby Police responded to the scene, and all video footage has been forwarded to them. If anyone recognizes these individuals or has any information, please contact the Upper Darby Police Department.

Unfortunately, this is not the first incident we have experienced over the years. We are asking for the community’s help in keeping our facilities safe. If you live near the snack stand or surrounding fields and hear or see anything suspicious, please contact the police immediately.

We appreciate everyone’s continued support and look forward to continuing our successful season together.
