Amnion is a Pregnancy Care Medical Center bringing hope to life by providing life-affirming care, compassionate advocacy, education, an

d healthcare resources. Amnion offers a wide range of no-cost services, including medical testing for pregnancy, limited obstetrical ultrasounds and STD testing and treatment. Our team brings experience and compassion to provide quality medical services, client advocacy, educational resources, and trauma care in a professional, confidential setting. For more than 40 years, Amnion has served our community with compassionate, quality care. Amnion’s services are 100% free through the generous donations of our supporters. All donations directly fund our work which allows us to serve our communities with vital resources and care in both English and Spanish. Women and families are supported with exceptional care by our team of licensed medical professionals who specialize in pregnancy and sexual health. Our clients are supported emotionally, financially and physically through early pregnancy care, STI testing and treatment, educational resources, options counseling and community referrals. Meet Chelsea!

After graduating from Grove City College with a degree in Christian Ministries, Chelsea felt called to serve others through Gospel-centered ministry.

That calling led her to Amnion, where she first began as a volunteer before joining the team.

Today, Chelsea combines her heart for people with her love of serving behind the scenes, helping ensure every person who walks through our doors feels cared for and supported.

We’re so grateful the Lord led her to Amnion and to the families we have the privilege of serving together.

One of the most practical ways you can support families in our community is by donating diapers and wipes. These everyday essentials are always in high demand, and your generosity helps parents focus less on financial stress and more on caring for their little ones.

Right now, we’re especially in need of:
🩵 Diapers (all sizes welcome, but our highest need is Size 5 & Size 6)
🩵 Baby wipes

Whether you donate one pack or several, every contribution makes a meaningful difference for the families we serve.

💜 From Client to Caregiver 💜

Sometimes, the impact of compassion comes full circle.

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of the Amnion team, Chinonye Isiodu, RN, BSN.

Here’s her story, in her own words:

“I found Amnion through Google in 2023 while I was pregnant and attending nursing school. At the time, my husband had not yet joined me in the United States, and I didn’t have health insurance. I was looking for a place where I could make sure my baby was healthy and receive the care I needed.

Coming to Amnion completely changed my life and gave me a sense of direction. I was surprised to learn that my sonographer was also a nurse. That was the first time I realized nurses could work in ultrasound as well. Before relocating to the United States, I had worked as a sonographer in Nigeria and was studying to become a nurse. Seeing someone successfully combine both careers inspired me and showed me that I could do the same.

Before I left, she encouraged me to keep in touch. I told her, ‘God willing, I hope to come back one day to work here and provide the same compassionate, accurate care to others that I received.’ I never gave up on that dream.

Today, that dream has become a reality. I’m honored to pay it forward by caring for women and families with the same kindness, support, and compassion that meant so much to me when I needed it most.”
