Witches' Walk for Freedom Pub Crawl November 1st 2014 6:30 -Midnight come dressed as your best witch or creature and help us raise money Survivor and Author Theresa Flores travels the U.S.

If you don't think human trafficking happens in your zip code, think again. sharing her story of trafficking and being a s*x slave while living in an upper-middle class suburb of Detroit, Michigan. At 15 years of age, she was drugged, r***d and tortured for two long years. Kept in bo***ge, forced to pay back an impossible debt as a s*x slave. All the while living at home, attempting to keep her fa

mily safe. She attended school during the day along side of her traffickers, only to be called into ‘service’ late each night while her unknowing family slept. Involuntarily involved in a large criminal ring, Theresa endured more as a child than most adults will ever face their entire lives. The Columbus Explorer Club wanted to get involved and help bring awareness and abolish the S*x Trafficking Trade to an end in our community. We came up with a lighthearted pub crawl down in the Short North dressed as witches, warlocks and creatures and march for freedom. We will be weaving in and out of our sponsors businesses collecting donations for our cause ending at our witches' ball for a spectacular Halloween party! Our hope is that you join us and have at least 10 friends sponsor you for a minimum of $10 so when you come to the crawl you will have $100 to donate. Tickets start at $30 and $40 at the door. Student tickets are $20
Your ticket includes: Appetizers, dinner, wristbands for happy hour pricing all night long at our sponsors bars and 1 raffle ticket. Prizes for best costume and the most donations raised will be given
