This week, Leadership Academy’s third session focused on what it really takes to innovate and drive meaningful, lasting change. Hosted by Judson Senior Living at historic Wade Park Manor in Cleveland, the session challenged fellows to think about how leaders move good ideas into practice: by setting a clear path, building momentum, and creating the conditions that help change last. We were grateful to learn from leaders at Judson Senior Living, leaders from across the LeadingAge Ohio membership, local leader and Edwins Leadership & Restaurant Institute founder Brandon Edwin Chrostowski, whose experience added depth and candor to the day.
Leadership Academy is not only about what happens during each session. Some of the most meaningful moments happen between sessions, over drinks and dinner, in shared laughter, and through the kind of inside jokes that come from learning and working closely together. Those moments build trust, deepen relationships, and over time become something invaluable: a career-long network of peers across the aging services continuum who can rely on one another, share perspective, and lead with confidence in their own organizations and communities.
Thank you to Judson Senior Living, our speakers, and our panelists for investing in this cohort and helping make the day such a meaningful one. 🤝✨
