HAROLD CARES PARENTING PROGRAM GRADUATION!❤️✨

We are so happy to say that our Spring 2019 Cycle of our Parenting Program was a big success. It was a fun night celebrating the commitment and dedication of these young mothers. Some topics we covered throughout the program included self-care, setting goals, the importance of continued education, and the importance of physical activity for parents & children.This is truly a life-changing program for these women and we are so incredibly proud of all the hard work they continue to put into themselves and their children. Help us say "Congratulations" to these awesome mamas!

It was another fun week of program!! Teresa from Reach Out came and spoke about the importance of Physical Activity for parents & children. She even got our participants to get up, move, and measure their heart rate!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ It was a great message for everyone.

Congratulations to our graduates for completing the Winter 2019 cycle of the Harold Cares Parenting & Life Skills Program! These 8 weeks sure did fly by. This cycle offered a great variety of topics that were said to be interesting and valuable, along with a great balance of food, fun, fellowship, and education! We wish our current and expecting mothers much love & success in their journey of motherhood! 🤱🤰
