✨ SFWN Family & Youth Teams at the National Federation of Families 2026 Conference! 💜💚
We are proud to have members of our South Florida Wellness Network (SFWN) Youth Team and Federation of Families Broward Family Team attending and presenting at the National Federation of Families 2026 Conference!
This is an exciting opportunity to connect with advocates, leaders, and peers from across the country, share innovative approaches, learn from one another, and strengthen our commitment to supporting youth and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
At SFWN, we believe in disrupting traditional service models by putting lived experience, authentic connection, and the voices of those we serve at the center of everything we do.
Our Family Team is led by parents with lived experience, while our Youth Team is driven by young people who understand the importance of having their voices heard and their ideas valued.
Together, we are demonstrating that when families lead, youth lead, and lived experience shapes the conversation, we create stronger connections, more responsive services, and meaningful opportunities for change.
We are excited to learn, share, grow, and bring fresh ideas back to South Florida as we continue to transform how youth and families are supported in our communities! 💜💚
