12 Days of Giving" benefiting The Magdalene Home 12 Days of Giving is a fun way to help support our ministry as we strive to change lives....two generations at a time! Wendi Rees

The Magdalene Home is more than a maternity home. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for pregnant mothers as they are trained and equipped to fulfill God's purpose in their life. It’s an environment where women find loving support both emotionally and spiritually through their pregnancies.

The Magdalene Home is a non-profit 501(c)3 crisis maternity home in East Texas. We opened our doors in January of 2015 and began our work with girls 18 years and older. We will soon be licensed to receive minors and young adults from ages 10-23! The need for this type of home is great and the challenges are even greater, however there is God Who continues to show Himself faithful and mighty on our behalf! There are many monthly expenses needed to operate this home of approximately $8,000-$9,000. The expenses include things such as a house mom, fuel for transporting the girls to and from their doctor's appointment, food, cleaning supplies, insurance and a variety of other monthly expenses necessary to run any home.
