Congratulations to Oriana! Strong Families looks forward to working with you!

We are excited to share that the New Mexico Doula Association has selected Oriana Lee as our next Executive Director! 🎉🎉🎉

Oriana brings deep experience in nonprofit leadership, collaborative program building, and community partnership, shaped by years of leadership at Wise Fool New Mexico and broader work in healing-centered facilitation.

They will serve within a co-director leadership structure alongside Dr. Nancy Torres and Melissa Marie Lopez-Sullivan, reflecting NMDA’s commitment to distributed and sustainable leadership as we move from policy wins into Medicaid implementation, workforce development, and the launch of Ocotillo Sexual & Reproductive Health Care.

We extend gratitude to Cultura Leadership Consulting, our hiring committee, and every candidate who brought vision, experience, and heart to this process.
