Pivot point is part of Ten16 Recovery Network, a private non-profit agency based in Midland since 1979. Ten16 provides residential treatment, outpatient counselling, prevention services, recovery housing and recovery-based employment support.

As part of Ten16’s mission to changes the story for those impacted by alcohol and drugs, Pivot Point offers the hope that comes with a real chance at a rewarding career. For those who desire to do what it takes, we provide education in employment skills, the resilience to remain in recovery through the triggers and pitfalls of the workplace, and a strong recommendation to area employers after graduating the program.
