CAST for Kids Foundation C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation enriches the lives of children with special needs, supports their families, and strengthens communities through fishing events

Children with special needs (ages 6-18) and their caretakers come together with community volunteers for a fun day of fishing they may not otherwise experience. These events provide a refreshing break from their daily challenges. Spreading a positive message that kids with disabilities can accomplish anything, we include all children, despite their limitations. This is all made possible through na

The C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation hosts over 90 events per year in over half of the United States and expands by 8 new events per year and into 2 new states per year on average. The C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation aims for presence across the nation allowing children everywhere and of any means an opportunity to learn how to fish. What more fun could you ask for on a summer day in Azle, Texas?

The Ian Surratt Memorial C.A.S.T. for Kids event on Eagle Mountain Lake was filled with smiles, fishing boat rides, bubbles, and plenty of special memories. These kids had an outstanding day on the water, surrounded by volunteers, families, and a community that came together to celebrate them.

Happy Days and happy smiles! 🎣

Today’s CAST for Kids Foundation event in Columbus ,Michigan was held at a place called Happy Day Fishing Camp , and it certainly lived up to its name. A huge thank you to The Pond Guy® team for going above and beyond to create an incredible experience for these special kids and their families.

From catching fish to making memories outdoors, every detail was designed to help children enjoy the excitement of fishing and the beauty of being outside. Thank you to everyone who helped make this summer day one these kids won’t soon forget.

What a beautiful day at our Cast For Kids Utah event in Heber City, Utah!

The kids enjoyed a morning on the water, plenty of fish were caught, and lots of smiles were shared. One young angler even landed a beautiful kokanee!

After fishing, everyone gathered at the campground for lunch, awards, and time together with family, volunteers, and new friends.

Thank you to all of the boat captains, volunteers, sponsors, and families who made this special day possible. These moments are what CAST for Kids Foundation is all about.
