BroadBent Media will be bringing to light the need for more women's representation in media, government and decision-making positions in all industries at events like this in the future. We recognize that women's rights are human rights and institutions like media news outlets that are predominantly owned and operated by white men are unfairly biased in the news they report and contribute to the discrimination of women, people of color and all other minority groups. We plan to inspire women to lead the way in insisting on integrity in media and protecting a free press in the United States. Women are the forefront and backbone of all activism and resistance to injustice in the U.S. today and we plan to create a strong women's community through BroadBent Media. In the coming months we will be building our membership and hosting more events. If you would like to become a member of BroadBent, please give us your contact information and we will keep you up to date on our latest developments.
