Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health care organization that provides a full continuum of care.

With support from VA su***de prevention grant funding, Compass Health Network is expanding services for local Veterans through a new team of six Veteran Navigators.

These navigators will help connect Veterans with the resources, services, and support they need, especially those who may not yet be connected to the VA or other support systems.
