This transport company is volunteer and donation based, and has brought us so many dogs. Anytime a dog comes up with pledges, I donate to them, but with costs rises on gas and insurance, they are struggling. Help them to keep helping dogs!

Pet of the Week: Meet Nebula! 🐾

Tune in to your favorite 541Radio station to meet this week’s Pet of the Week — Nebula, a sweet pup from Love A Pit Rescue!

Brought to you by Riverview Terrace Retirement Living.

Every week, we shine the spotlight on one deserving animal looking for their forever home and the special bond only you can give. We’re proud to partner with these dedicated local rescues and organizations that work tirelessly to save lives in our community:

- Saving Grace Humane Society
- Soul 2 Soul Animal Rescue And Sanctuary
- New Beginnings SPCA
- Feral Cat Awareness Team
- Love A Pit Rescue
- Last Chance Animal Rescue

541Radio and Riverview Terrace are honored to support these amazing groups that make such a positive difference for animals in Douglas County.

Listen in, fall in love, and consider opening your heart and home. Your perfect Pet of the Week might be waiting for you right now!

Sage update:

Sage's physical therapy has been going well and she is now in General Population with the other dogs in the kennels rooms. We hope to schedule her soon for spay and then she will be officially up for adoption!

Well the Ranger just blew it's transmission in the middle of the road. Love A Pit Rescue is in desperate need of a vehicle. We have a must be met vet appointment in Thursday, we are the sponsored 501 on Saturday at Workman's Market, and we have a couple dogs to get to their new home this week.

We are 501c3 and can offer a tax write off for a vehicle in our needs. We are looking for a mini van but will take anything big enough to handle multiple dogs.
