The NBSSCA would like to announce that Rick Peverley will be the new member of the Board of Directors, beginning in January. There will not be a ballot mailed since only six members "applied" for the six positions this year: Don Bailey, Dan Ellis, George Gill, Jim Olson, Danny Vernon and Rick Peverley. The other five members will be up for re-election in two years: Trey Bell, John Clark, David Hewitt, Ramona Hulick, and Charlie Kaupke. We would like to thank Dr. Bob Hart for his service on the board since he decided not to continue serving.

The NBSSCA would like to express our condolences to the family of Rod Teuscher! We just heard earlier this morning that he passed away. He will be missed! We always have enjoyed visiting with him at the various shows, and appreciate his contributions to our publication. He had planned to send us some more related to bits and bit collecting!

NBSSCA members: Sad news! Mark vanBuskirk just called to let us know that Lori passed away this afternoon. She had never totally recovered from sepsis. I will have a sympathy card in Abilene at our table. Keeping Mark and family in our prayers!
