This!!! 💯🎯
The goal is not climbing out of homelessness, it’s returning to yourself BEFORE the world got ahold of you!
Once you do that, climbing up and out becomes possible!

📢 NOTICE FROM VALLEY COMMUNITY PANTRY IN HEMET CA
REGARDING NOVEMBER 1 FOOD AID SHUTDOWN
Valley Community Pantry wants our community to know we’re aware of the stress and uncertainty caused by the federal SNAP food aid suspension beginning November 1.

We want to be fully transparent:
🕓 We are currently closed due to relocation and are not serving clients at this time.
We’re working hard to reopen soon at our new location, and we’ll make an announcement once we’re ready to resume service.

For immediate food assistance, please:
📞 Call 211 — operators can connect you with food pantries that are open right now in your area.

We’ve been here for this valley for over 60 years, and we’re not stopping now.
When we reopen, we’ll continue doing what we do best — helping our neighbors in need.

💙 Anyone can need help. This is what community is about.

In case you don’t follow local politics. Hemet City Council voted at the last meeting to discontinue the contract with City Net homeless outreach services. They will instead hire on one homeless outreach position that will work with HPD and the current ombudsman for the city.

torn apart
and repurposed for something new.

Life CAN defeat death!
Hope CAN invade our hurts!
And Light WILL emerge from the darkness!
(Reworded from Sandals Church)

2 Cor. 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Please take the time to listen. This is so very helpful in understanding HOW and WHO to help.
