💙 What exactly is an Incubator Fund?

We've had several people ask, so we wanted to explain!

Operation Thrive is currently an Incubator Fund of the North Valley Community Foundation while we complete the final steps of becoming our own 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

What does that mean?

✔️ Your donations are tax-deductible.
✔️ Funds are professionally managed by North Valley Community Foundation.
✔️ Every donation directly supports building Operation Thrive's programs, outreach, and future events.
✔️ It allows us to begin making an impact today while our nonprofit status is finalized.

We're incredibly grateful to North Valley Community Foundation for believing in our mission and helping us get off the ground.

Every donation helps move us one step closer to serving veterans and first responders throughout our community.

🌊 Today marks a huge milestone in our journey.

Operation Thrive's Fund Page is officially LIVE on the North Valley Community Foundation website!

This marks the beginning of our mission to help veterans and first responders unplug, connect, and thrive through outdoor experiences and community.

New fund announcement: Operation Thrive Incubator Fund

This fund was created to support the establishment of Operation Thrive as a nonprofit. The group works to empower veterans and first responders to step away from the stress of the job into a life of renewed community, wellness and post-traumatic growth through education and experiential opportunities. By creating an unforgettable adventure and meaningful community, they work to help our heroes move beyond survival mode and rediscover what it means to truly thrive.
