We have some Endorsement Process updates!

Since the 2022 March Democratic Primary is over, we are getting ready for the Primary runoff elections and May Municipal/school board elections. We have opened our endorsement process for all candidates until March 25th at 11:59 pm!

Deborah previously served the community as the Chair of the Tarrant County Democratic Party and advocated for building a party that represents all people! She was previously endorsed in her 2019 campaign for Mayor of Fort Worth by Bernie Sanders and Our Revolution! She was also re-endorsed by Our Revolution in her 2021 campaign. She is a strong supporter of Medicare for All, Affordable Housing and fighting to bring modern day working class issues to the forefront of politics!

Get to the polls early next Monday, 2/14 and show some love on Valentine’s Day for Deborah when you cast that ballot! 🙌

To countdown to Early Voting 🗳 we want to spotlight each candidate and are kicking off with Albert Roberts for Tarrant County District Attorney!

Albert has been a strong leader and advocate in the community for reforming our criminal justice system in Tarrant County and was previously endorsed in his 2018 run. He also carries the experience from working within the District Attorney’s office and having firsthand experience of why it’s so important to elect a DA that strives for equity and justice for our most disenfranchised communities.

A special shout out to DSA North Texas for co-hosting and the Dallas AFL-CIO and CWA Local 6215 for allowing us to share space! We gathered a ton of donations for the USW employees and their families in Beaumont! Solidarity with them in their fight for worker justice! ✊
