VFW Post 2771 Our primary goal is to increase awareness of who we are and help local veterans and their families.

If Congress considers TCAVA and the Major Richard Star Act separately in November, each vote will stand on its own.

Supporting the clean Major Richard Star Act does not require accepting TCAVA’s disability compensation pay-for.

Congress must oppose TCAVA as written and pass the clean Major Richard Star Act (H.R. 2102). Veterans are watching.

The VFW salutes the U.S. Navy on its 251st birthday, honoring 251 years of defending America's shores, strategic interests and global sea lanes.

The VFW supports many of the veteran, caregiver and survivor provisions Congress is considering in TCAVA.

Our objection is to Section 108, which would change how future claims for tinnitus and sleep apnea are rated to help pay for those provisions.

Veterans should not be used to balance the budget. Period.
