17 years since brain surgery. 🧠

It’s been an emotional week.

The body remembers. The heart remembers.

Sometimes anniversaries bring emotions you didn’t expect, even when you’re incredibly grateful for how far you’ve come.

You can be tired and grateful. Emotional and joyful. Still healing while celebrating how far God has brought you.

Give yourself grace. You don’t have to be strong every single day. 🙏

Today, I’m celebrating LIFE, God’s faithfulness, and the beautiful things He has brought from my pain.

Thank You, Jesus! 🙌🏼❤️

Yes, you can lose weight- even after menopause. I did.😇

I lost 30 pounds in 6 months and have kept it off for 3½ years — by knowing my numbers, having a calorie budget, and eating the right macros. It’s really simple- just takes practice and developing the right mindset!
Not perfect every day. Just consistent.💪
