Leadership McKean Active in McKean County, Pennsylvania We offer leadership development programming.

Our nine month signature class meets one Friday each month from October to June, and center on themes including leadership style, health care, county government, travel, and tourism. Each “program day” is developed and delivered by professionals actively engaged in the issues related to the particular theme. Class members are provided a comprehensive view of McKean County and how they can positively influence its future. After graduation, alumni are strongly encouraged to maintain their network of contacts and begin or continue their service with community boards, commissions, and agencies.

The Class of 2026's Arts, Community & Civic Engagement Team partnered with Pitt-Bradford to organize a countywide youth art exhibition featuring 48 works created by 40 young artists.
