This year, we held our last meeting of the season, a steak fry, at Johnny's Farm. Our guests included this year's 2026 Lions Club of Wacousta $1,000 scholarship award winner and his family. Congratulations!

Yes, it was raining, but the Wacousta Memorial Day Parade was still held on schedule. Afterwards, as it been our tradition for many years, the Lions Club of Wacousta provided a hot dog lunch for over 150 of the parade goers. Lion Johnny read a memorial tribute in front of the Civil War statue and concluded a nice little service in the rain. Thanks everyone who helped make this another memorable, special day!

We Serve!
Today the club installed two "Welcome to Wacousta" signs on the east and west entry to the village on Herbison Road. .. afterwards we enjoyed a famous Riley Burger at the South Riley Bar... Many hands make light work... and the fellowship of good friends is it's own reward.
