A few weeks ago, Willa Carson Center was grateful to join the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center for its Resource Fair at the N. Greenwood Recreation Center. We loved connecting with community members, sharing information, and meeting fellow organizations working to support our neighbors.

🌿 FREE Tai Chi for Adults 55+ 🌿

Looking for a fun, gentle way to stay active, improve your balance, and connect with others? Join us for our FREE Tai Chi Class at the Willa Carson Health & Wellness Center!

🗓 When: 2nd Thursday of each month
🕚 Time: 11:00 a.m.
📍 Where: 1108 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755
🥋 Who: Walter Evans- School of Survival

✨ No experience is necessary—everyone is welcome!

Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that can help improve balance, increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, and support overall wellness.

🥪 A light lunch will be provided following the class.

This program is made possible through funding from the Pinellas Community Foundation Senior Citizens Services Grant.
