Time to begin that Spring Cleaning and bring all your stuff to sell at the Pocahontas Community Center Spring Yard and bake Sale on Saturday, may 3rd. Spaces are still just $10for yardsalers. Spaces are 20 feet by 20 feet which is large enough to park a vehicle in your space. If you have a truck and trailer you will need at least two spaces. Setup will be at 6:30 and selling will start officially at 8. There will be scrumptious pastries available by Something Sweet by Michelle , hot dogs, burgers and drinks available for purchase. Space rentals and food purchases go to support the upkeep of the Center. Yardsalers keep all proceeds from their sales. If you would like to reserve a space send a text to 931-588-1229 and include name and phone number and how many spaces you will need. No live animal sales. Yardsalers must remove all unsold items at the end of the day. NO FOOD VENDORS BESIDES THE CENTER. NO LIVESTOCK VENDORS.

Don't forget this is coming up quick! The center will be selling food and baked goods to help with the upkeep and operation costs. All vendors should be selling yardsale items and they keep their proceeds. No food vendors except the center. No livestock vendors. Thanks!

Spring yard sale and community center bake sale on Saturday, April 26th, from 8 am to 4 pm to support the Pocahontas Community Center. Spaces are $10 for a 20 ft by 20 ft space for yardsalers. You provide all tables, chairs, canopy, etc. Yardsalers keep all sales profits. Bake sale, burgers and hot dogs also for sale. All food proceeds go tobhelp upkeep of the center. text 931-588-1229 to reserve a space. Yardsalers must remove all unsold merchandise at the end of the day. No livestock vendors.

Playing music again at Pocahontas on 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 5 to 7 pm. Jam session for musicians and/or singers. Singers must bring own microphone. No shared mics. We play classic country, bluegrass, oldies, rock & roll, and gospel, and anything else we feel like. Open to all ages. Good non-threatening atmosphere to learn how to play with a group of other musicians. Listeners welcome. For more information call 931-588-1229.
