C.A.T.C.H. the Spirit ! SOCKS is re-opening The Center Against Teen and Childhood Homelessnes, a transition and intervention initiative for youth and young adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Stay tuned for the upcoming open house in Frankfort Kentucky. Help raise awareness about homelessness among our youth and young adults, especially those who are aging out of the foster care system.

C.A.T.C.H. is committed to building a safety net to prevent homelessness among our youth and young adults, by addressing, some of the economic; educational; vocational; environmental; spiritual; mental and physical health barriers, which impede their ability to succeed and become self-sufficient.
