🎉 Bring your activity to CiQlovía 2026!

CiQlovía is celebrating 12 years of open streets, movement, and community in Albuquerque’s International District — and you can be part of it! 🚲🌟

We’re inviting neighbors, artists, schools, organizations, community groups, and individuals to host a FREE activity or engagement station along the route.

🎨 Share art or culture
🚲 Get people moving
🎲 Create a game or family activity
🌱 Share health and wellness resources
🤝 Help neighbors connect

You don’t need to belong to an organization to participate. Have an idea? We’d love to see what you bring to the street!

📅 Apply by Friday, September 18
🎉 CiQlovía: Sunday, October 18, 2026
⏰ 10 AM–2 PM
📍 Kathryn Ave SE, just west of Louisiana Blvd.

⚠️ Planning to sell food or merchandise? A separate application is required. Contact [email protected] for information.

💡 Need help developing your activity idea? Reach out to Tatiana at the same email — the CiQlovía team is happy to brainstorm with you.

Buying local has many great benefits! For local economy and for our health!

Fresh food does more than nourish our bodies—it helps strengthen our communities. 🌱

Choosing locally grown fruits and vegetables supports farmers, keeps more resources in the local economy, and helps build a more resilient food system. Every purchase is an opportunity to invest in the people and places that help our communities thrive.

This National Farmers Market Week, consider visiting a farmers market, community food hub, or local farm stand and discover what's growing close to home. 🍅🥕🌽

💚 Small choices can have a lasting impact.

Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and loved ones all help shape healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Whether it's taking an evening walk, cooking together, playing outside, or simply spending time together, those everyday moments make a difference.

Healthy communities begin with healthy families. 💚

✨ What's one healthy habit your family enjoys together?

Join us for "Common Ground" an exhibition featuring artworks from Harwood's Apprenticeship in Public Art & Community Practice. Apprentices have been learning from our professional teaching artists and working on public artworks/gardens across the city.

They have also been making personal projects in response to their shared work. "Common Ground" showcases collaborative and independent artwork by the apprenticeship team. We would love for you to see all of their hard work and creativity!

Thursday, July 23 at Harwood's 6th Street Studio, 1029 6th St NW, light refreshments provided 🧡
