Tim Hutchinson is a storyteller at heart. After years in the U.S. Senate and two terms in the House representing Arkansas, he now spends his days writing, interviewing, and exploring the threads of faith, family, and character that shape American life. He hosts the Cigar Caucus podcast, known for its front porch warmth, humor, and conversations that trade outrage for understanding.
His memoir, From Spavinaw to DC, arrives in June 2026 and traces a life shaped by small town roots, conservative values, and the grace found in second chances. Whether he’s talking with a historian, a public servant, or a neighbor with a good story, Hutchinson brings a steady curiosity and a deep respect for the people who make this country what it is.
Whether in Arkansas, Florida or DC he is always carrying a little Southern hospitality with him.
