As World Mental Health Day approaches this weekend, please consider the power one conversation can have on a life.

One conversation with:
👩🏽 a parent overwhelmed by anxiety
👦🏻 a child struggling to understand difficult emotions
🧑🏾 young adult searching for hope after trauma or loss

This World Mental Health Day, we're asking our community to help provide 100 faith-informed counseling sessions for individuals and families in need. With a $125 gift, we can ensure more people have access to a caring counselor who will listen, encourage, and walk beside them.

Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus, Doctor of the Church: having entered the Carmelite monastery at Lisieux when still young, she became a teacher of holiness in Christ through her innocence and simplicity of life. She taught the way to Christian perfection through spiritual childhood, and poured all her mystical solicitude into the salvation of souls and the growth of the Church. She died on the thirtieth of September, in her twenty-fifth year.

Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus, pray for us!
